AirCover for Hosts
AirCover for Hosts is Airbnb’s host-protection program. It includes guest identity verification, reservation screening, a 24-hour safety line, Host damage protection, and Host liability insurance.
Protection for Certain Guest-Caused Damage
AirCover for Hosts includes up to $3 million USD in Host damage protection if a guest causes eligible damage to a host’s home or belongings during an Airbnb stay and the guest does not reimburse the host.
Coverage is not automatic for every incident. Reimbursement is subject to Airbnb’s eligibility requirements, documentation process, terms, limitations, and exclusions.
